These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77jlli ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://77jlli.net ("Platform"). All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment methods belonging to third parties — including family members, friends, or business associates — are prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

77jlli does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees. 77jlli is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment processors. Deposit amounts are credited to your casino wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction confirmation.

Withdrawal requests are processed only after a player has successfully completed the KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification process. KYC verification requires submission of valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, or driver's license) and proof of address dated within three months of submission.

Withdrawals will be made only to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. 77jlli offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "turnover" requirement) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the time period stated in the promotion. Unused bonuses expire automatically at the end of the stated period and will be removed from your account without notice.

77jlli reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a promotion will not be retroactively disadvantaged by changes to its terms, except where fraud or abuse has been identified.

All casino games available on the 77jlli Platform are governed by individual game rules provided within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics only; these Terms govern all account, payment, and conduct matters.

77jlli's RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games) use certified Random Number Generators that have been independently tested to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77jlli Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Collusion with other players to influence game outcomes in live poker, bingo, or any other multiplayer game format;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discoveries must be reported immediately to 77jlli support;
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines;
• Charging back deposits via your bank or payment provider while retaining or having used associated funds on the Platform;
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to extract value from promotions without genuine gambling risk;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law.

Where prohibited activity results in financial loss to 77jlli, the Company reserves the right to pursue recovery of those losses through all available legal means, including civil proceedings in Philippine courts.

77jlli is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting players from the potential harms of excessive or problem gambling. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible from the account settings dashboard:

All content on the 77jlli Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, text, software code, and multimedia content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77jlli or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content; use any data mining, scraping, or automated data collection tools on the Platform; or frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of 77jlli intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and legal action for intellectual property infringement under applicable Philippine and international law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 77jlli's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 77jlli account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77jlli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or any other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

77jlli does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows and technical disruptions may temporarily affect service availability. In the event of Platform downtime during an active game round, 77jlli's liability is limited to refunding the value of the affected wager.

Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude 77jlli's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulation law.

77jlli reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes to payment terms, player rights, or liability provisions — 77jlli will endeavor to provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to the registered address on file or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform upon login.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required by applicable law — may take effect immediately without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the changes. Pending withdrawal requests submitted before the effective date will be processed under the terms applicable at the time of submission.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The parties agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of the 77jlli Platform.
